Whether you need a one-time gut-check or someone in your corner all year, there's a fit. Every tier is built around the same goal — making sure you actually understand what's happening with your child's education.
If your situation grows beyond what your current package covers, I'll let you know. You'll have two options — move up to the next tier, or continue at an hourly rate of $125/hr for any work that falls outside your original package scope.

No mystery, no surprises. Here's exactly what happens when you reach out.
1 — Free Clarity Call Book a no-pressure 30-minute call so we can talk about where you are and what you need.
2 — Pick Your Fit I'll recommend which tier makes sense — or whether a one-time session is all you need.
3 — Send Your Documents Securely share your child's IEP, ETR, or evaluations. I review them before we meet.
4 — We Meet & Work Your session(s) happen by phone or Zoom. Then you get a clear written summary to keep.

That's exactly what the free 30-minute Clarity Session is for. We'll talk through your situation and I'll be honest with you — sometimes a single $90 session is all someone needs. Other times the partnership tier makes more sense.

Yes. Most families start small and move up when they're ready. Many begin with The Clarity Beginning and graduate to monthly support later — that's by design.

One-time packages are paid at booking. The Advocacy Partnership is structured as a $675 monthly rate for a year.

No. Any unused phone or virtual meeting time does not roll over to the next month. Each month's allotment is fresh.

Cancellations made 24+ hours before a call or virtual meeting can be rescheduled. Cancellations within 24 hours are given a 1-time grace and can be rescheduled — any additional within-24-hour cancellations after that will not be rescheduled. Any cancellation must be rescheduled within 24 hours of the cancellation. No-shows will not be rescheduled. Advocacy Partnership clients on the monthly structure can cancel future months with 14 days' notice.
