  • PayPal and Zelle — process payments

  • Google Workspace — manages our business email

Our services involve information about children with IEPs and ETRs, but our services are provided to parents and guardians — not directly to children. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13.

When you, as a parent or guardian, share documents or information about your child, you do so voluntarily. We use that information only to support the services you have requested. We will never share information about your child with anyone outside of the service relationship.

7. How We Store and Protect Your Information

  • Documents and personal information are stored securely using industry-standard practices.

  • Access is limited to only what is necessary to provide your services.

  • We retain client documents only as long as needed to provide ongoing services.

  • You may request deletion of your documents at any time after our work together ends.
